Padmashree is a manufacturing and operations finance analyst and Chartered Accountant. She builds the cost models, reconciliations, and metrics that produce the numbers, then explains the answer in plain language.
I am an FP&A analyst in manufacturing and production finance and a Chartered Accountant, finishing an MS in Finance (STEM) in August 2026.
This summer I supported the Production organization at Harbinger Motors, an EV manufacturer, through a US manufacturing ramp, building the cost models and tools operations leaders used to plan while the processes were still being invented. Before that I spent two-plus years in full-cycle FP&A at NTT DATA and three years in audit and accounting in India.
What I am good at: building cost models and decision tools while things are still moving, finding the real problem in messy data, and explaining the answer in plain language. I use AI tools daily and build them into the work, including an equity-research skill I built and ran on OpenClaw. This site shows that work rather than claiming it.

What I am looking for
Manufacturing finance, FP&A, or corporate finance roles where the work is building cost models and decision tools during real operating pressure. Open to relocation across the US and to on-site work.
